There is a moment — standing in front of the mirror, jacket on, everything almost right — when you realise it's the buttons that are letting the side down. Standard buttons on an off-the-peg blazer are, frankly, an afterthought. TYLER & TYLER Blazer Buttons are anything but.

Designed and made in-house at our Birmingham, England factory — the same family-controlled workshop that has been crafting metal accessories since 1908 — every button in this collection is individually die-struck and finished by hand. The result is a button with genuine weight, depth and character: the kind that makes a tailor look twice.

The collection spans a wide range of designs and finishes: Dead Gilt and Burnished, Antique Silver, Bright Silver, Bright Gilt and Hand-enamelled. Every set is available in both Single Breasted and Double Breasted configurations, so whether your blazer is a slim-lapel single or a wide-lapel double, there is a set made for it.

The beauty of TYLER & TYLER Blazer Buttons is that they transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. Buy an off-the-peg blazer, take it to any good alterations shop (typically £15–£20), have the buttons swapped out — and suddenly the jacket looks bespoke. Most people will assume it was made for you.

If you are working with a tailor to have a jacket made from scratch, hand your chosen set directly to them. They will know exactly what to do.
